Honey

This delicious, natural sweetener is harvested by Hope Valley Honey whose bees gather nectar from Eyam’s gardens, woodlands, meadows and moorlands. 

Hope Valley Honey, is an award winning family run apiary set in the beautiful, picturesque Peak District village of Eyam. Their small holding is home to their expanding bee family where they make honey and other beautiful bee related gifts.  They are part of a local organisation which helps to educate fellow beekeepers and are registered with the British Beekeepers Association (BBKA)

Used as food and medicine since ancient times, this honey could be harnessed to sooth coughs, heal burns or create heavenly, honey desserts!
