Refund policy

Faulty or damaged items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged or faulty and we will replace or fully refund your item.

 

Unwanted or Cancelled orders

 If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please notify us within 14 working days of receiving your goods.  Return your unwanted goods in their original condition along with the original delivery note to Eyam Museum Trading, Hawkhill Rd, Eyam, Hope Valley, S32 5QP.  Goods must be returned at your own cost.  We can only refund and accept the return if the product is returned in its original saleable condition.
